“The company's immediate parent undertaking will, in the event that it becomes necessary, provide the company with on going financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due. As such, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation existence for the foreseeable future.
