• “In the year to 30 April 2024 the group received a claim from a customer regarding delays it alleges occurred on a supply contract, which the group contended. A provision of £395,565 was made for the claim by the customer based on the directors' best estimate of the costs the group will incur in settling the matter should the claim by the customer be accepted in full. The issue has been fully resolved in the year to 30 April 2025.”
• “In the year to 30 April 2024 the group identified that there are significant repairs and restorations required to be made to one of the properties that it rents. The property has a lease in place and the provision represents the costs of restoring the leased buildings to their original state, should the business decide to leave the property at the end of the lease.”
