“The Company has current liabilities that exceed current assets by £10,841,858 (FY23 £8,781,558). The Company's ultimate parent, COGI Pty Ltd, has signed a letter of support that confirms it will continue to provide financial support to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due and to carry on business without significant curtailment of operations for a period which is not less than 12 months from the date the financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2024 were approved up to 30 June 2026. This is consistent with the Directors going concern assessment period to 30 June 2026. The Directors have assessed the ability of COGI Pty Ltd to provide this support and have no concerns. The Directors believe that the Company will continue as a going concern to 30 June 2026 and consequently have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
