Affirmed

“The Group and the Company have been in a loss position since incorporation, and the Group has incurred a loss for the year after tax of $166.5 million and continues to incur losses after year end. As of 31 December 2024, the Group had cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, and short-term investments of $330.7 million. These liquidity sources are deemed to be sufficient to fund the continuing operations and ongoing research and development of the business for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these consolidated and company financial statements. After making enquiries and preparing Board approved cash flow forecasts for the period ending 31 December 2026, the Directors have a reasonable expectation the Group and the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet their liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date these consolidated and company financial statements were approved. Accordingly, they have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these consolidated and company financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
