• “In November 2025, a new parent company, Bridgetown Group Holdings Limited, was incorporated to hold the shares in Bridgetown Holdings Limited. As part of the reorganisation the existing ordinary and ordinary A, B, C, E and F shares were repurchased by the company and subsequently cancelled. The share premium account of £15.6m was reduced to nil, and £15.6m was credited to reserves. 4,004 new £1 ordinary G shares were issued at par. These shares are 100% owned by Bridgetown Group Holdings Limited.”
