“After making appropriate enquiries the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust currently has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Trustees recognise current challenges of the school's available budget and continue to closely monitor budget forecasts and apply appropriate controls. A review of staffing structures, sixth form provision, and ensuring value for money remain a focus for the Finance, Audit and Risk committee. For this reason, the Trust continues to adopt the ongoing concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
