  As such, the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors acknowledge that they will likely be reliant on additional support from the ultimate parent Company to ensure that the Group can meet's it's liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of the audit report. Whilst management expect this support to be available for a period of at least 12 months from signing the audit report, given this continued support from the ultimate parent entity is outside the control of Group management, there exists a material uncertainty relating to going concern.
