“The Company's principal activity is to act as a holding company for its branches providing real estate management services. As it is expected that the Company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future, and for a period of 12 months from the date of the signing of the financial statements of the Company, the Director believes that the Company is a going concern and accordingly has prepared the financial statements on this basis. The Company has the financial support of Newmark Group, Inc. in meeting liabilities as and when they fall due for 12 months from the date of the signing of the financial statements.”
