Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis notwithstanding the company has net current liabilities of $27,205,000 (2023: $41,315,000). The directors have forecast the expected cash requirements for the company for at least the next twelve months and are confident that these can be met. The company's immediate parent company, Stena Drilling (Holdings) Limited has provided the company with an undertaking that for at least a year from the date of approval of these financial statements, it will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the company to allow it to meet its working capital requirements and to enable it to pay its liabilities as and when they fall due for payment. Based on this, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
