“The director believes that preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis is appropriate and have considered the period up to 30 September 2026. As a non-trading entity, the company does not prepare detailed cash flow forecasts, however it has received a letter of support from its ultimate parent undertaking L3Harris Technologies Inc., which confirms an ability to provide support for a period of 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements in relation to the settlement of any liabilities that may require payment. This letter can be relied upon given that the company's only liabilities are inter-company amounts. The directors have assessed. the parent company's ability to provide the support and have not noted any concerns.”
