“The Group made a loss after taxation of £10,761,000 (2024: £7,197,000) for the year ended 31 March 2025 and has net liabilities at this date of £27,060,000 (2024: £1,827,000). The Group considers EBITDA (calculated as operating profit after adding back depreciation, amortisation and any gains or losses related to asset disposals) as a good proxy for operating cash inflows and as the key measure of operating performance - 2025: £19,696,000 profit (2024: £30,580,000 profit). The Directors have considered the financial position of the Company and the Group and the Group's forecast and concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
