Significant events
- “On 11 December 2024, the Supreme Court granted Permission to Appeal in the cases of Hopcraft, Wrench and Johnson. On 1 August 2025 the Supreme Court passed their Judgement on the above cases. The Supreme Court rejected the claims of Hopcraft and Wrench, however they have found in favour of Johnson.”
- “The Supreme Court found that the commission on Johnson's finance agreement was excessive as it made a substantial part of the financing agreement. Due to the excessive commission and the characteristics of the customer they have ruled that there was an unfair relationship between the broker and the customer. The Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") have initiated a consultation process on an industry-wide scheme to compensate motor finance customers who were treated unfairly.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
