“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company is a holding company within the group which is funded by interest bearing shareholder debt. The assessment indicates that the company is reliant on group support to make its debt and interest repayments as they fall due. Thus the going concern assessment is dependent on the company's ultimate parent company, Camira Group Holdings Limited providing additional financial support during that period.”
