On 1 July 2024, Advantage Smollan B.V. disposed of its 50% shareholding in Hamilton Bright Training B.V., giving rise to an overall gain on disposal of £89k. On 22 October 2024, Advantage Smollan B.V. acquired the remaining 50% of the issued share capital of Twin Meubel B.V., obtaining control. On 29 November 2024, Daymon Netherlands was liquidated. Impairments were booked for the Home brand name (£946k), goodwill and intangibles for Gig Retail Limited (£1,945k and £2,469k), and Externalia brand name (£481k).”
