Affirmed

“As at 31 December 2024, the Company is showing a net liability position in the financial statements due to the expected credit loss provision. The Company has continued to perform in line with programme documentation. The Company will continue to be able to repay its liabilities as they fall due through its liquid assets and/or its ability to drawdown on the liquidity facilities provided by Lloyds Bank plc and Bank of Scotland plc to the Purchaser Companies and that the facility is expected to be renewed on maturity within the next twelve months. The directors are satisfied the Company will continue to have access to adequate liquidity and capital resources for the foreseeable future. As a result, the Directors are of the view that the Company will continue to be a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements and accordingly the Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
