“The directors have adopted the going concern basis of preparation in preparing these financial statements for the following reasons: The Company and the Group has two customers consisting of the LLP and RCM US LP, which are affiliated entities held under common control. All of the Company and Group's revenue is derived from services provided to these two entities for which the Company and the Group is remunerated on a cost plus basis in accordance with the group transfer pricing policy. The directors have prepared profit and loss forecasts for the Company and the Group which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the Company and the Group will continue to have adequate financial resources to cover its liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of this report. Furthermore, the directors have reviewed the LLP and RCM US LP's financial forecasts which indicate that these entities will have adequate resources to continue making their contractual payments to the Company and the Group for at least 12 months from the date of this report. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company and the Group's financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
