“The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis of accounting. Patsnap (UK) Limited has continued to perform well in 2024 and increased revenue over last year. The company has forecasted to grow revenue in the upcoming financial year and for a further 12 months to 31 December 2026. The Parent company, Patsnap Pte Limited and Patsnap Ltd - Cayman the ultimate parent company, have confirmed their ability and willingness to provide the required financial support through letters of support from both companies in the event that a financial injection, or continued deferral of the intercompany balance is required through the period to 31 December 2026. Patsnap PTE Limited has USD 127.5 million as of 31 December 2024, and USD 123 million as at 31 August 2025, which establishes its ability to provide a cash injection to Patsnap UK Ltd should the need arise. After making enquiries and performing the analysis as described above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources and access to funds to continue in operational existence and meet liabilities as they fall due throughout the going concern assessment period to 31 December 2026.”
