Although Enable has negative unrestricted general reserves at the year end, the Trustees have assessed the cash flow projections for the next 12 months and concluded that this supports the accounts being prepared on a going concern basis. These projections take into account the recognition of the provision for VAT liabilities and the timing of any potential settlement.”
