“On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that they will have adequate liquidity to allow the Company to continue its activities for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This is in part due to strong relationships with external debt providers and the ongoing support of its shareholder. Having assessed these matters, the directors continue to have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate liquidity to continue its activities for the foreseeable future and ensure all debts can be discharged as they fall due. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company financial statements.”
