“The board of trustees has reviewed the Trust's financial position and, after making appropriate inquiries, has a reasonable expectation that St Martin's Multi Academy Trust has sufficient resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. As a result, the Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements... The Trustees are therefore satisfied that the Trust remains a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
