- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have reviewed the adequacy of the Group's financial resources, through a review of the group's budget and medium-term financial plans. This review included a 'base case' forecast and also a reduced sales scenario. Under the reduced sales scenario, the Group would still have sufficient resources to settle liabilities as they fall due and headroom on its covenants through the duration of the going concern review period. After due consideration of the matters set out above, the directors have satisfied themselves that the Group will have sufficient resources to continue to settle its debts as they fall due and operate within its leverage covenants for the going concern assessment period.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
