“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

The cyber criminals encrypted software systems throughout the school and caused significant disruption to operations and expense to rebuild the network. The RPA insurance cover provided excellent support and covered the direct costs of the recovery process.”
