Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing this report. The directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis based on their assessment of the liquidity position of the TFG Brands (London) Limited Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dress Holdco A, as well as support from the ultimate parent (The Foschini Group Limited). As a consequence, the directors believe the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and meet liabilities as they fall due despite the uncertain economic outlook and consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-29 vs 2024-03-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
