“To assess the going concern assumption, the company has prepared and considered trading and cashflow forecasts for the period covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The company is dependent on continuing finance being made available by parent undertaking WSP Global Inc. to enable it to continue operating and meet its liabilities as they fall due. WSP Global Inc. has significant financial reserves as its disposal and continues to be profitable and cash generative. The parent undertaking has agreed to provide sufficient funds to the company for those purposes. The directors believe it is therefore appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
