“The directors have assessed and prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis based on the anticipated future performance of the business. Considering the nature of the business and dealing only with other IBM Group entities on a pre-agreed cost plus basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources, taking into consideration that the company does not have any external loans and in addition has a pre-approved intercompany credit facility, to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
