“The company is in a net liability position of £2,818,278 (2023: £2,868,619) at the year end due to current and previous losses. The Directors have completed forecast projections for the hotel until December 2026 to support the going concern basis and has incorporated assumptions for the hotel in relation to the expectation of the hotel recovery to normal business. Due to the current liability position of the entity, the parent has confirmed that they will support the entity as and when required and the director has ensured they have the sufficient resource to support the Company as trading operations return to pre-pandemic levels. Following review of these forecasts, and from discussion with management, the company has adopted the going concern basis for the entity and is considered appropriate.”
