“Based on the Group's ability to adequately manage its risks, its strong overall financial position and the ongoing support of its ultimate parent company the Directors remain confident that the company will continue to be fully funded within the framework of the Group treasury management. The Company has net current liabilities at 31 December 2024 and meets its day to day working capital requirements through careful management and support from the Group. The directors have obtained a letter of support from the ultimate parent company, and based on that support, consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
