“Despite the current challenging economic and business environment, the directors are confident that the Group are well placed to continue building on their historic creative and financial success. The directors confirm that the Group have sufficient resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. This assessment is based on the Company's and Group's projected trading results and forecast cash flows. Therefore, the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis. As of 31 December 2024, the Group had a shareholders' equity of £84.5m, a profit for the period £35.1m, net cash generated from operating activities of £37.6m and cash used in investing activities of £1.8m. Cash and cash equivalents at 31 December 2024 were £43.9m. The financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Group will continue as a going concern. The basis of accounting contemplates the recovery of the Group's assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business.”
