“At 31 December 2024, the company had net assets of £8,673,000 (2023: £8,675,000). The directors have a reasonable expectation that the trading group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the signing of the 31 December 2024 financial statements. There is therefore a reasonable expectation that the trading group can continue to support the company. On the basis of continued support the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
