Affirmed

“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is financed via subordinated shareholder loans and the creditors of the company are its own shareholders. Accordingly, the directors consider that no material risk exists that the company will be forced into liquidity difficulties by its creditors. In addition, according to the latest distribution schedule of the company's key investment holding company it is expected that dividends will be paid on a semi-annual basis. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
