Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have carried out an assessment of the financial position of the Company, considering that it does not currently participate on any syndicate, the ongoing expenses to keep it active and the net assets held. They have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company will have sufficient resources to meet its obligations as they fall due and the directors do not expect the Company to have any liquidity shortage. On this basis the directors have adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
