“The Dignity Group is forecast to have sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due in the period assessed through to 30 June 2026 in the base case and severe but plausible downside scenario. This is having given due consideration to the amount of the cash on hand, the significant planned investments in the business and the expected conversion of trading profitability into cash at historic levels. As a contingency, a letter of support has been obtained from each of the immediate parent's majority shareholders, Castelnau Group Limited and SPWOne V Limited, which states that they are willing and would be able to provide liquidity up to a combined cap of £10.0 million in the going concern period to 30 June 2026 should this be required.”

Consent to make additional equity cures beyond March 2025 if required has been obtained.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
