“During the year the Company has been impacted by global inflationary pressures, interest rate rises, and political uncertainty in the UK. Considering potential business volatility and its impact on directorship fees and cash liquidity, together with the future developments described above, the Directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to remain in operation for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing and have therefore continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
