“The directors have reviewed the results of the company and are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. For this reason, they continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company's financial statements. The company is in a net liabilities position and therefore, another group entity has represented that it will continue to provide ongoing financial support to enable the company to meet its financial obligations and that the company will not be required repay amounts to the group entity while its liabilities exceed its assets.
