The Directors believe there will be little financial impact on the company following this decision as available products can be readily sold into other territories. The Israel-Hamas war and Red Sea crisis impacted the company's operations with a reduction in sales in the affected region and an ongoing increase in shipping costs. The sales in the region are recovering and the Directors see the increase in shipping costs as manageable without significant impact to profitability.”
