Going concern
Affirmed

“In consideration of the Company's current resources and review of financial forecasts and projections, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. Cashflow forecasts have been prepared based on a range of scenarios, including significant downturn from challenging economic factors which remain uncertain at present. These forecasts show that the business has sufficient liquid resources to meet its debts as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The Directors have also received a support letter from the controlling shareholder entity, OA3 LLC, which confirms that if required OA3 will provide such financial resources as are necessary to enable the Group to continue to operate as a going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
