“The directors are satisfied that based on the Group's forecasts and projections, taking account of possible changes in development plans, increased costs and trading performance, the Group has adequate resources to continue to operate for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As noted above, further funding is required to achieve its long-term strategic goals. The current funding is sufficient to meet the Group's obligations and liabilities as they fall due within the next 12 months, and any planned development activities could be appropriately delayed until such time as the funding is available. The directors are therefore satisfied there are no material uncertainties around their assessment. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.”
