“The Company believes its budget and projections allow it to operate with its current level of financing and meet all debt obligations. The Company is currently in compliance with its payment obligations and all debt covenants. The ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party Becle, S.A.B de C.V., has also provided a written letter of support for 12 month period post the date of this report. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
