“Demand for domestic and international travel has continued to increase throughout 2024 and has resulted in a very strong hotel performance, similar to 2019 levels. Due to the historic losses and negative cash flows the entity has net liabilities of £3,254,665 including £9,873,042 loan from an associated undertaking that is due within one year. The Company therefore continues to rely on the support pledged from its fellow subsidiary undertakings. Given the strong performance of the Bankside hotel, the Company is generating a positive cashflow and is able to fulfil its obligations under the lease contract and able to repay portions of the loan from an associated undertaking. The director has received written confirmation from Paris Nord S.A.R.L., the indirect parent company of Vertiq UK Holdco Ltd. and its fellow subsidiary undertakings, that they intend to continue to provide this support for the foreseeable future. The director has assessed the ability of Paris Nord S.A.R.L to provide this support and that it will be forthcoming if required. The director therefore considers it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
