“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company recognised a net loss after taxation of US$935,000 for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: net loss after taxation of US$650,000) and is in a net asset position of US$3,834,000 (2023: net asset position of US$4,769,000), and is in a net current asset position of US$3,805,000 (2023: net current asset position of US$4,749,000). As a result, in the opinion of the directors, the Company is considered able to pay its debts as and when they fall due because the surplus net assets are expected to be sufficient to cover expected cash outflows over the foreseeable future.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
