“From early 2025, management has decided to repurpose the Isle of Wight facility. The company will discontinue the current manufacturing lines and change to manufacturing onshore blades for the V136 turbine. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. The directors have received confirmation that Vestas Wind Systems A/S intend to support the Company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed.”
