  We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Trustees have decided to transfer Bexhill High Academy into another academy trust and are minded, once that transfer is complete, to close the Trust. The intention is not to continue to operate, but it will remain in operational existence until the transfer is made. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.
