“The Company is part of the Mphasis Group, a global leader in information technology solutions, specialising in cloud and cognitive services including the next gen solutions. During the year ended 31 March 2025, the Company incurred a loss and has sufficient cash to meet its operational liabilities as they fall due. The parent company has confirmed its continued financial support for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is also actively pursuing new revenue-generating contracts and expects to benefit from access to the Mphasis Group's customer base and technical capabilities, which are expected to support the business's future operations. Based on the parent company's confirmation of financial support and the Company's plans for revenue growth, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Based on the above, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
