Material uncertainty over going concern
Based on DMGT plc's indications of its intent to support the Company, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis, as they have concluded that the company's financial position means that this is realistic for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements. However, due to the reliance on support which may not be forthcoming and is therefore inherently uncertain, there exists a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that the company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
