  The Directors' have reviewed the Group's forecast for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and concluded that, while there is material uncertainty surrounding the likely completion of the sale of the Company and subsequent change in ownership and required financial support from the new owners, the Company should be able to continue to operate as a going concern. • “The Strategic Review announced in January 2024 was completed post year end and on 25 November 2024, Benchmark Holdings plc, the Company's parent company, announced that it had entered into a binding agreement to sell its Genetics business area by way of the disposal of the Company and its subsidiaries to Starfish Bidco AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Holdings A/S. Completion of the deal is expected during the first quarter of 2025 subject to receipt of customary regulatory clearances.”
