• “Subsequent to balance sheet date the Company has taken Final Investment Decision (FID) on the Aphrodite development - the Blackjack project, an undeveloped gas field in the East Coast Marine Area in Trinidad and Tobago. This project will help meet the increasing demand for natural gas globally while also addressing the energy needs of our customers domestically in Trinidad and Tobago. Following the FID, a deferred tax assessment was performed based on revised profitability projections. In June 2025, a deferred tax asset of $14,600,000 has been recognised in respect of previously unrecognised carry forward tax losses. Further, in August 2025 the Company declared an interim dividend of $84,000,000.”
