Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to Note 1 in the financial statements, which explains that the the only academy within the Academy Trust has transferred to Southern Education Trust from 1 September 2025. The Trustees therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern as described in the accounting policies in Note 1. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
