“At 31 August 2025 the Academy Trust had net current assets of £2,363,023 (2024 - £2,674,000). After making appropriate enquiries and varied assumptions, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the near future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. There is no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.”

No RAAC was found.”
