“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of Directors has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Financial forecasts have been prepared for the three years 2025/26 to 2027/28 which indicate that the Academy Trust will be able to finance its activities out of existing reserves.”
