“Since the formation of Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi-Academy Company in September 2021, the financial systems have formed a core strength of the organisation allowing us to build reserves. A key part of our financial strategy has the implementation of the Catholic Collaborative funding model (based upon the ESFA guidance for GAG pooling). This approach has allowed the Multi-Academy to manage finances fairly across it schools and to provide future financial stability against a national backdrop of uncertainty.”
